Flowers for Friday. These were the same green flowers from the other day just photographed on a black background. I ran a bleach action (by Renee Oakenfull) on it.
I am all packed and ready for Girl's Weekend! I've got 9 layouts planned out. 6 of them are to finish off Owen's 1st/2nd year album. I'm loving this album. I've never completed a big whole album like this before and it's very exciting! I've also got three other big layouts planned. Owen's album is 9x9, which is a size I've scrapped for a long time. I've also done a lot of smaller albums for family and friends and of course minis so I'm looking forward to doing some 12x12s! Which is odd for me since I've been afraid of that size for awhile now. I never felt like I filled the page very well so I eventually stopped doing that size but now that I do all digital photos and I can resize and print almost any size I want I have more options and am looking forward to a big page!
Not sure what time we are leaving yet, the transportation plan is a bit up in the air right now. Literally. It's dependent on the weather. If there's percip or storms we don't fly. So we're just waiting to hear what the pilot says and then we'll have a plan!

Sounds like you are going to have a fun time! Wish I could say I was close to finishing an album, but with three kids, I have many "ongoing" albums! BTW LOVE, love, love your rose photos, you must have a super cool camera!

As for my tractor - no, it's a totally different one. My father in law collects and restores them. he has, no lie, 60 or 70. They live on a farm, and it's like where tractors go to die!
