While we were in Montana last week we took a short trip through Yellowstone National Park. The views there are amazing and I took a bunch of shots with the intent to create some panoramas because Yellowstone is a place where one image rarely captures the view, regardless of how wide a lens one uses. Oh, wow. Those are fabulous! I know what you mean about one image not really capturing the view - I think the same thing of photos I took years ago at the Grand Canyon. It never compares to the awesomeness or grandness of being there in person. Thanks for sharing these photos though so I could get a glimpse! Yellowstone is on my "someday" list. :)
